Payment onhold

A buyer bought my 4 alloy wheels with tyre during an auction for just £25.99 he paid eBay when the auction ended on the 28th and reached me immediately. I then passed my address and telephone number. He came to my home on the 29th at about 10am to collect the 4 alloy to his delight he gave me the 6 digits which I inserted inside eBay request code slot. After this operations it showed collected and just as the buyer left with the tyres eBay requested the code again saying the tyres are yet to be collected I quickly ran outside to see if the buyer was still handing about but he had gone then I reached him to help me resend the number but till today 1st if August I've not received the code again. Now my alloys have gone, my money is still onhold till the 13th of August and I don't know what else to do now. Any help out there?

It does seem strange that the number was initially accepted and the items shown as collected.  You could contact Ebay Customer Services (use the link below to get a callback)  or you will have to wait for your payment.
