A buyer paid through eBay but eBay has put payment on hold .

the buyer collected the item when I wasn’t present and is not responding to my requests for the QR code?

what do I do ?

With no QR collection code scanned,  your payout for that item will be held for a minimum of 14 days.

Just a tip, never release any collection item without first receiving this code, not only does it delay payment,  it can lead to an item not received case,  and you'd have no proof the item was collected.
