EBay Global Shipping - but still charged customs fees

Hi,

does anyone know how or what action I can or should take (or how to contact an actual person) where I have paid for eBay Global shipping (and therefore prepaid for customs import fees) but on arrival in the UK have then been also charged the same import fees to release the parcel.

As long as eBay have the documentation they need I found it 7-10days from your application.
