Payment on delivery

I’ve sold something which I was going to post, but now I’m delivering it in person. 
Is it possible to cancel the postage label? 
Will the payment only be processed if I deliver using the postage label?

It is Simple Delivery so you can't cancel the label.

The issue for you will be that you will have no evidence that the buyer has received the item if you deliver it.

The best thing to do would be to cancel the sale, relist as collection only and for the same buyer to purchase it.

However, they may be reluctant to do this and they won't get their money back immediately so it's a bit messy.

You can cancel the label, if buyer bought label he will be refunded within 30 days.

There is no way however to mark as dispatched, so you will be plagued with reminders to dispatch, but you will have no proof of delivery and buyer could open a Not Received case to get a refund.
