Payment in account but still 'awaiting payment'

Hi

Item bought. Payment sent as bank transfer. Seller confirms money in his account. Seller left feedback. Item still shows awaiting payment on ebay. 

Assuming it's a glitch, will my rating be affected?

What did you buy?
You are supposed to only pay through Ebay checkout, not by bank transfer.

If it was the motorbike, the seller needs to mark it as 'paid'.

It is not a glitch, it needs action by the seller.
