Payment for sold auction 35mm colour slides

Ebay have held up payment for my slides sold on auction since 10 August.

They were sent by Royal Mail without tracking.

How can I prove delivery.

Why cannot ebay contact my buyers to establish the facts.

This no-payment is bordering on fraud.

I demand immediate action.

It's not fraud of any kind, but that is a considerable payment delay. Usually, if you don't add a tracking number to show delivery your payment is held for 14 days.

I'd contact eBay and ask if they can take a look and see what the reason is for the payment hold.

Just a heads up, I wouldn't 'demand' anything, just keep things polite with the eBay CS rep.

I’ve found that the easiest route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below where you can request a call back:

Just to add, I see that you're registered in South Africa and shipped the items from South Africa.

How did you manage to ship via Royal Mail?

As already said, how come you are using Royal Mail?

I think you also need to look at your own listings for estimated delivery dates, as most I have looked at give November. Sounds more like snail mail.

I send by DHL to my contact person in the UK.
He then posted the various items by Royal Mail.
