How does the new payout rule work in relation to the following? These examples are based on recent experiences I've had with buyers.
The buyer selects a shop as their delivery address, yet on arrival for whatever reason the shop refuses the parcel, it then ends up in limbo and takes an age to return to sender. This is no fault of the seller, and they lose money posting the item whilst no payout is given. The buyer can claim full refund.
The sellers property is deemed inaccessible by royal mail, or the buyer doesnt collect the parcel from the sorting office in time, so it makes it's way back to the seller. Again the seller has lost money posting the item, doesn't get any payout as no proof of successful delivery and the buyer can recoup all the money they paid.
Do sellers recieve payout for postage fees where part of the listing, prior to recieving a payout for the actual item cost (upon proof of delivery)? Doesn't seem to be much clarity on this
