I have changed my Monza card and thought I have added the correct one but bought something it says paid but money hasn’t come out the account?

Thank you for your post.

If you check your order details, on the right hand side under payment info it will show the last 4 digits of the card used. It may be the case the newer card details did not update on time before the transaction went through.
