Paying fees

I keep getting e mails telling me I owe £14.99 for a vehicle I listed that didn’t sell. Each time I try to go to pay it won’t accept my payment  method or card. Now I’m being threatened for not paying.
I keep searching how to contact e bay but to no avail.
How do I pay fees?

Re: Paying fees

Listing a vehicle on eBay incurs a listing fee that is  payable sale or no sale.  Same as if you advertised in your local paper,  if the vehicle didn't sell,  the paper would not refund you your advertising fee.

If there is some trouble paying this fee,  contact eBay Customer Services , they have full access to your account, and can explain what your  next steps are to pay this essential fee.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
