PayPal pay in 3 still pending 3 hours later even though I have not received an eBay order confirmation and the first instalment has already left my account!!!! As it concerns a large amount of money for 4 alloy wheels, I am really concerned. What is going on eBay and Paypal? please respond any administrators or eBay employees.
