PayPal making offers

Hi I'm trying to make a offer on a item I've done this many times but now it's asking me to select payment type if offer excepted but I can't use PayPal it says you already have a account linked sign out and create a new one I don't know why many thanks Wayne

This is a new ' feature'  eBay introduced to stop the number of non payments sellers were experiencing,  when a buyer has accepted an offer.

Now, a method of payment has to be given and payment is then made immediately.

It's a good idea on paper, but does have its flaws.  You cannot select the payment method you'd prefer to use,  combined postage cannot be offered, neither can the Click and Collect  option, to name but a few.

Pay pal is still an option to pay for offers,those that require immediate payment and those that don't if your main source of payment is pay pal and it's linked to ebay.

Check out the payments tab under the account tab in your my ebay/hub and payment options

You can also save pay pal as your payment method at checkout when you pay.
