Partial refund request

Hello,

I bought products  from same seller separately and paid two separates postage, but the seller put them together in a same box and send to me. Can I request for refund for one of postage? I asked the seller about it, but they hasn't reply to me yet. What can I do?

You can ask the seller but you cannot enforce the seller to repay that extra postage you've paid.

It's bad selling in my opinion, for them not to refund you,  but a slim chance they may not know how to make a partial refund especially if they're a new seller.

Send them to us,  we'll help them.

Ok, thank you for your advise.
I didn’t buy the products same day and bought them different day, but they put two order together and send them to as their part of benefit. I think they shouldn’t do it, so I thought if they did they should pay back the postage to their customer as they charge us more than £5 postage, so.. anyway, thank you.
