Partial / full refund

Hi, sold an item where the buyer complained it was damaged. We issued a partial refund for the repair just to avoid any ongoing issues. Buyer had the item repaired now wants to return item for a full refund of the item as the part does not fit their vehicle (part number is on the listing). Any thoughts on where we stand with this? Are they entitled for the full refund of the item even though the repair covered the majority of this and that it was their mistake for buying the wrong item buy not matching the part numbers?
