How do I pay the small extra charge for postage onparcel label at 1kg already printed and paid via simply distpact actual weight 2kg which is the Royal Mail weight and size for the parcel I am sending although no weight is mentioned on the label.

Unfortunately you can't pay extra on the label and Simple Delivery labels cannot be cancelled. You can either cancel the transaction via the dropdown arrow for the item on your orders list (a refund will be issued) and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again. Let them know first.

Or buy the new label out of your own pocket. If you do that you can add the new tracking to the order by going to the Order Details > Postage > dropdown menu (beside track package) > Add Tracking > + Additional Tracking Number. Or contact ebay and ask them to do it. You can use callback on here:

Or if the label you have says marketplace seller printed on it you should be able to book collection or post or drop at post office. They should accept the parcels as per the guidelines issued by eBay.
