Parcel was cut open item stolen

I bought a phone second hand of eBay. I received the package with signs a knife had opened the package and the phone box was gone, only cases remained. I cant find a relevant case that i can open to get any money back. Help

Parcel was cut open item stolen

You need to open a return using "item damaged" as the reason.  If it was a private seller they will have used ebay's Simple Delivery and  eBay will issue the refund themselves.  The seller keeps the original payment.   You will not be required to return the packaging.   

 

If it was a business seller they wouldn't have used SD and if necessary escalate your case to eBay after 3 complete working days.
