I've been selling on ebay for 25 years as an official business seller and still learning! I've not come across this problem before.
Posted a heavy order to a customer - delivery to a parcel shop. The parcel shop refused delivery and the order came back to me (the customer was aware of this). The same time I received it back the customer opened a 'Item not received' case. Whilst I appreciate that I actually have their order (not by choice), I am obviously now out of pocked for DPD next day. What should I do - just accept it as issue of selling online, or is there any way I can refuse refund?
