Did not receive the items

I didn’t receive items that I was ordered and I have asked the seller to make a refund but he hasn’t responded 

I have already contacted with the Royalmail and they told me the items were returned to the seller

Check the last estimated delivery date on the listing and if/when that has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
