Parcel returned to sender recipient at the shop refused delivery so I couldn't pick it up

You need to contact the seller and get them to send the parcel again.

This is a member to member forum and the person who responded to you does not have your parcel.

Take the advice given and open an item not received case or get in touch with the person who sent the parcel.
