Parcel not received

Hi, I haven't received my parcel. Tracking shows the carrier attempted to collect from the supplier three times without success. I messaged the supplier but had no response. When I request a refund through ebay, giving relevant information and ticking the confirmation box, the send box remains grey and won't send. Does anyone know what else I can do please? Thank you.

Once past estimated delivery date, then you open a not received case to get a refund. There is no need to go into details with ebay, it is simply that you have not received your purchase.

In that case if you have tried using a proper computer I suggest you contact ebay to open a case for you.
