my email from eBay, says my parcel has been delivered, I check, they say left in safe place. Idid not request safe place, as I a, disabled and in the house with a loud door bell. My carerchecked front door, no parcel. I contacted the seller, they say Yodel delivered showing photo. It was not my door nor any door near me. I have nowhere on eBay to reply, showing a photo of my front door. Why is these delivery service so pathetic, both Evri and yodel, must show proof of purchase at the address/door/ letterbox from eBay. Help please.

As tracking shows delivered, ebay will believe seller.
Complain to carrier.
Or try your payment provider.

Surely the delivery whether yodel or Evri must show me the parcel at my door or letterbox. As the seller described door that was not mine nor my street, thank you.

Have you contacted the carrier?
If they are unhelpful, you could try your payment provider, but I somehow think they may not be forthcoming with a refund seeing tracking has shown delivery, but you can try.

If I take a photograph of my front door with number plate. Surely that is proof.
as the Yodel photo shows a white plastic door with stain glass windows. I have a dark hardwood varnished door, and I am a bungalow, with large wide step entrance. Also my post code
is proof of delivery. I never have this trouble with Royal Mail, as they take photographic evidence for every deliver to my door. I have even with eBay 7 yeas, it’s only in the last couple of years this is happening. I fear eBay will lose me and many customers unless they insist on photograph evidence at door and letterbox of buyer and pot code street. Hank you,
