Packlink - scamming rip off merchants

Anyone esle out there facing the packlink - we don't accept your claim as it is too late, we don't accept the claim as your items is old technology and not covered, you can't provide evidence of conatcting the courier (you don't get emails from Evri's chatbot!) OR thanks for providing a screenshot of your cusomter's chat with Evri complaining about non delivery, but we don't accept that as evidence you made conatct to complain in under 30 days.
Ebay's answer - not our problem, we're not packlink...yet they push you to use the services!  Ebay should be ashamed of themselves for allowing packlink to mistreat sellers!

NEVER use ebay postage services  - go direct to the courier!

Really before using any service suggested by ebay, you should always read the Terms and Conditions.

By using a service you have accepted the T & C without bothering to find what is covered and how you can claim..

the problem is when you pick Evri, you think it's a contract with Evri, but it transpires Evri are agents acting for Packlink, hence T&C for packlink weren't considered at the time and ebay don't exactly make it clear, especially when you;re taken to Evri's website!
