Packlink postage used -damaged in post

Customer requested refund as item not received as described. Item was damaged in post. Postage organized through eBay packlink. How do I resolve this?

Packlink postage used -damaged in post

Ask the buyer to open an eBay claim for item not as described-received damaged, you then supply prepaid label for buyer to return and refund on receipt.
