Hello hope someone can help. 3 weeks ago send a parcel through packlink with Evri
get a email saying my parcel was over the maxium the courie will take, the email stated the Royal Mail size.
I messaged them back saying it never went with the royal Mail, repied with a print out of the size of my parcel the overall size of mine was 177.01 Evri max is 245cm. they took £10 extra out my account.
I spoke to a lady at ebay and she said they have got the sizes mixed up but she could not do anything as never went though Simple delivery. I do not know what to do this has been going on for 2 weeks now as I sent the item on Agust the 16.
I have enclose a clip of the print out not very clear though
Can anyone explain this to more is there something I am missing here? Please Wendy
