Morning all. So my problem is that I sold an item yesterday and am trying to do the postage label this morning. However when I click 'get prepaid label' it only shows the postcode and town in the delivery details. I don't want to go further and click the next 'get prepaid label and qr code' if the address is wrong.
Then on going back to the order and clicking on the buyers name it comes up with 'sorry this user was not found'. I looked yesterday at the buyer and saw they were 100% positive so I know this worked yesterday.
Obviously I don't want to send this if there's going to be a problem with the address/order.
Does anyone know if there's yet another glitch or is anyone having the same problem?
