Packlink Yodel / Collect+ barcodes for in-store stopped working

I always use Packlink to send directly (rather than eBay) using the 'legacy tool' link (I'm not charged VAT this way).  

Until yesterday I've always immediately received a confirmation email with a link to print the label at home, and after a few minutes received another email with the barcode to give to the drop-off shop for them to print the label.  

Since yesterday though, I've only received the 'print-at-home' emails (which I can't do).  

Does anyone know if this Is this a glitch or something permanent?

Update:

 

Packlink said it that I had requested help for a technical issue (which I had) but the problem was a label printing issue so I needed to resubmit my query to receive a reply about printing labels!

 

However, I've just logged into Packlink to cancel two more missing orders and saw this (please see screenshot uploaded).
