Package still at dpd pick-up point after 5 days.

Someone bought something from me

It was a "next day delivery" 

I took my parcel to a dpd pick-up point on Saturday 

Tracking the parcel and it shows me that's still at the pick-up point.

I can't contact dpd in any way, no chat option, nothing. 

What am i supposed to do now ?

If you dropped it off at your local DPD collection point then best go back and see if they still have it,and ask there for the DPD contact details if it's not.You can also google to find your local DPD depot.

It could also be possible that the tracking simply hasn't updated and the buyer has the item
