Package not come

I ordered 20 vape liquids and my parcel did not get delivered all 20 liquids where int he same box, yous have give me a refund on 2 that didn’t come but yous have declined the other 18 that’s didn’t even though they where in the same box, now I’m getting emails of you saying I’m an abusive buyer which I am appalled at and very angry that’s I have been accused this, I’ve used eBay all my life and this is how you treat a fully committed eBay user. I think you choice of language is disgusting calling me liar, even though you said 2 liquids didn’t come. Absolutely shocking I want a refund on my full order never mind 2 little bottles

You need to open a "not as described" return rather than a "not received" case because the tracking will show delivered.   So start a return on here:

select "Doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.
