Package not arrived

I have contacted the seller 4 times by email and have had no response from them, I have not received my suitcase and no notification that it might be late, I ordered this in good time for my trip but now I'm shortly going and no suitcase has arrived.

I am disappointed with the service I have received and it was not cheap and the p&p was also over 5 pounds.

I now want a full refund as I can't wait any longer.

Don't message the seller again.

Check the email you got when you paid - what is the latest estimated delivery date?

If it is a day past the latest estimated delivery date, open an 'item not received' case.

It will take a while to get your refund so sort out another case before it is too late.
