Package damaged

1 item was missing due to the package being damaged caused by delivery company so not sellers fault how do I make a claim for missing item

Open a return using the reason "Item damaged".    If it's a private seller using Simple Delivery ebay will issue the refund and the seller keeps the payment.

Just for any future purposes if you receive a damaged item,  or item not received, eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy,  it's written on every listing and explains how you can receive a full refund if claiming within a 30 day period.
