PLEASE HELP

I ordered a phone last week it got delivered but it still shows on my account that it hasn’t been delivered. I want to return it cos the phone isn’t as described. It was written on the description that it has 90% battery health but I received it and saw 80% battery health. I only bought the phone cos of the battery health. Contacted the seller about it and said I should return it. Can’t find the return button because the delivery info never showed delivered. How do I return it now? Please help.

Check the tracking on the RM website to see if it shoes delivered there.  It is possible Ebay have not caught up.

Then, contact Ebay Customer Services using the link below to get a callback.

Ask them to check the tracking and either allow you to open a return, or open a return on your behalf because the item is not as described.

 Open a 'Not as described' return case which needs to be escalated to eBay after 4 days --- follow instructions carefully --- Seller or eBay should supply a prepaid return label.

I just checked on RM and it says delivery attempted twice and there was no answer. They want to arrange redelivery on 14th (tomorrow). 
How could this be happening when I received the package 2 days ago?
