Oversized parcel too big for simple delivery - no other options

How do I sell something heavier 25kg, and bigger than max simple delivery options?!

I intend to use Parcelforce 24, but I'm forced to choose a postage for a courier that won't take my item?

What do I do?

Edit: also spoke to ebay on phone couple of days ago who said would get back to me, nothing, sent message via online yesterday, no response either - hence posting here!

Where can i do that - I've looked over all the options many times and haven't seen anything like the package size? I maybe missing something for sure - so please guide me to where that option is.

Edit to add: I can change the "postage package size" but as i say, that maxes out at 20KG, and smaller than my package. I don't get a "custom postage" anywhere on my listing - i've tried repeatedly. I've also tried adding a size on the item specifics, but that doesn't seem to change any options.

I've even tried to create a new listing, but I don't get custom postage. no idea why.

on listing form under PACKAGE SIZE, use menu.

Hi @aolcot ,

Thank you for this. Can you also just check on revising the listing, underneath the simple delivery part does it have a link that  states "switch to advanced options"? If you have this it allows you to select other postage options.

I've logged it with tech. We have had some examples with other users where like you the custom postage option is not showing as available for items over the 20kg limit and outside the dimensions criteria. 

They are currently investigating the issue.
