Hello everyone,
I’m looking for advice or shared experiences regarding the eBay appeals process.
Following instructions from eBay support, I was asked to contact whappeals@ebay.com to resolve a restriction on my eBay.co.uk account (related to listing permissions).
I sent a detailed email to whappeals@ebay.com over 20 days ago, including all requested information and documentation.
Unfortunately, I have not received any response at all — not even an acknowledgement.
I contacted eBay customer support again, and I was told that appeals can take up to 30 working days, but at this point I’m concerned because:
my ability to create new listings is still blocked,
my fulfilment setup (eBay Fulfilment by Orange Connex) has already been approved,
and I have no visibility on whether my appeal is even being reviewed.
My questions to the community are:
Is it normal not to receive any response from whappeals@ebay.com for this long?
Has anyone successfully resolved a similar situation?
Is there any recommended way to escalate or follow up when no reply is received?
Any advice from experienced sellers or moderators would be greatly appreciated.
