Sending abroad

Hi all I have a live add which did not include international postage but now I do want to send it to Italy I have tried changing my preferences to allow this but it still shows as not allowed does this take time for this to change?

I do not think BINs can be edited. If you have a potential buyer, end and relist quoting postage cost to Italy.
