I have a customer from the Netherlands who has won two of my auction items. I have the global delivery on my auction. When the customer tries to pay he gets a message from eBay stating that I do not deliver to that part of the world. I told the customer that he would be contacted by eBay with a cost of delivery from the U.K. to the Netherlands, so far eBay has not contacted him and he is getting very angry that he cannot pay, and I cannot proceed to start delivery.
