Overseas Book Sale

Hi, I sold an English book to a buyer in Germany who has requested a refund because they can’t read it. EBay (I presume) has translated the listing into German - I have refunded because can’t be doing with an argument but has anyone else come across this?

Oh wow!   Clearly when listing books we need to put the words "English text" [every time] in big red letters.  

Hopefully if eBay translates it they will translate that too.

Not exactly this, but I do remember the case of a buyer who left the seller negative feedback because they didn't enjoy the book.

And we quite often hear from buyers who are indignant that instructions for items bought from China are in Chinese!
