Oversea buyer

Hi, although I have excluded oversea buyers I have been contacted by one who wishes to use u/KingBenneth as an intermediate. Is this allowed through eBay or should I be extremely careful? Thanks.

Lots of overseas buyers use freight forwarding companies, which is absolutely fine providing they add the address before paying at eBay checkout, so it then comes up as the one to deliver to on the postage label. They cannot message you and ask you to change the address after paying.
