I can see 2 issues.

You are selling used cosmetics, unless they are sealed and full, not testers, they are not allowed.

With nearly all new items you should upgrade to business seller.

At a guess I think eBay have seen that you are selling / trading on the wrong account.

You have a Private account,  this is for members wishing to sell their used , unwanted items,  say a garage / attic / wardrobe clear out.

You are selling all Brand New items  / items bought to sell,  this requires you to trade from a Business account.

You can change over as below,  you keep all your feedback, and if those removed items didn't break any other rules,  you may be able to relist them.

Change your account so you are trading correctly, this way:

  1. Go to Account settings in My eBay.
  2. Select Personal information
  3. Select Edit next to Account type. You may be asked to sign in again.
  4. Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.
  5. Specify whether you operate your business as a legal entity or as a sole proprietor and select Continue.
  6. On the following page, enter your business information such as name, contact information, and returns policy. Then select Save.

Probably best to use a PC / laptop for this,  and not the app or mobile browser.  Chrome seems to work best on eBay.
