After 4 months, you are unlikely to get any help from Ebay - you have 30 days to open a case if you don't receive an item or if you receive a damaged/faulty item.
If you open a case and then don't take further action, the case will close.

You are probably better explaining and asking for help in the forum- Ebay Customer Services are based in the Philipines.
