Outstanding refund

Can someone tell me how I actually talk to a real agent I'm going round in circles talking to the automated version. Have been trying to get a refund out of seller now for 4 mths

Well as ebay only offer a 30 day money back guarantee, right hand side of every listing, then you will go round in circles, as there is no point in speaking to ebay who would only tell you that you are way out of time.

 

Only if you open a case within the 30 days, and seller does nothing can you ask ebay to step in.

 

All you can do now is see if your payment provider can help.

After 4 months, you are unlikely to get any help from Ebay - you have 30 days to open a case if you don't receive an item or if you receive a damaged/faulty item.

If you open a case and then don't take further action, the case will close.

What has happened so far?

You are probably better explaining and asking for help in the forum- Ebay Customer Services are based in the Philipines.
