Hey everyone, I was hoping to get some insight on a pattern I noticed across my eBay listings. I had a situation where I saw something like 12 views marked as organic and 12 as promoted. After a short while, those organic views just switched over so that they were all counted as promoted views instead. It feels like the system is reclassifying them, and I’m worried I might be paying promoted fees for views that didn’t actually come from promotions. I did reach out to eBay support, and while they’re looking into it, I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this or if there’s something I’m misunderstanding about how these metrics work.
