I sold an item on Tue 7th October and took the item to the Post Office the same day. The item made it to the local Evri depot but according to the tracking information has remained there ever since. I raised a query via the Chatbot without any success other than being told it is probably lost and I should contact the seller, although I am the seller. I have tried calling 0330 808 5456 but it just keeps telling me about different parcels. How can I get this resolved? Any advice would be much appreciated.
