Orders collect but still showing on the dashboard

I have 2 orders, 116763503845 & 116763505071 that have been collected and they say they have been collected but still showing on the dashboard to be picked up. How can this be sorted?

When the seller adds the collection code that the buyer provides when they collect their items, then the orders should show as collected. Has this been done?

Yes the order shows as collected, but still keeps reminding me that I need to arrange collection.
