Are you the buyer?
I am assuming you are. Buyers can't cancel orders, they can only request that the seller will cancel.
If you've requested, and the seller has cancelled, then that's it. It can't be un-cancelled.
You can ask the seller if he relists it can you buy it again, but depending on the seller they may refuse to sell to you after you have "messed them about" and may block you.
