Order cancelled by eBay

EBay have an issue with a buyer so cancelled their order from me. The item was already sent first class Royal Mail and I can’t stop the delivery. What is the next step as I can’t seem to get past the bot on messages

Not sure what can be done now the item has been sent but you can contact ebay about it using callback on here:
