Dear eBay Customer Support,

I am writing to express my frustration regarding an unresolved issue with my order 23-11916-91861. Despite waiting for several months, I have not received the item, and the seller has ceased all communication with me. I have made multiple attempts to contact both the seller and eBay support, but have received no response.

This lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable. I am left without the product and without any refund, and I expect immediate clarification on the status of my order.

I request a clear course of action to either receive the item or be issued a full refund. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter.

We are not 'ebay customer support' we are other members like you.

You needed to open a claim for item not received within 30 days of the date you were expecting the item. If you didn't do that ebay won't help you now.

You are not talking to anyone from eBay here, we are members like yourself.

On every listing eBay has their 30 day MBG, Money Back Guarantee policy, so you need to make a claim for an item not received within that period. You are way out of time to claim from eBay.

You are in Saudi, I hope the same rules apply there, as here in the UK, that is, you can turn now to your payment provider for help with a refund.
