Everybody be careful.  I bought and paid for an item that was later removed due to a violation. The seller said I would be getting a refund but this has not happened. Because the item has been removed, I cannot open a case with eBay and therefore I am Out of pocket. Any suggestions please? Thank you

You must contact Ebay Customer Services so they can process your refund.
