Ok so first time I’ve used ebay in a while and I’ve just done what I usually do.  Hand write label and post. Went to fill in tracking etc and can’t find it. Flaffed about for a while until I eventually hit print tracking label which then threw up a QR code and a different tracking number. I have already posted item so can’t use it. EBay are trying to charge buyer even though I offered free postage so it’s getting postage charged twice now. And now I’ve just noticed that my selling balance has went to zero. I’m really not enjoying this eBay experience and probably won’t sell again on eBay. I just want to add tracking as I’ve posted it.

Your listing shows a postage charge to the buyer of £2.70 - that amount will have been paid directly to Ebay for the label you didn't use.

Eventually, that amount will be refunded to the buyer.

To change the tracking, you will have to contact Ebay Customer Services - use the link below.
