I recieved only partial refund on two items identical that weren't delivered.
I was only refunded for one item.
Ebay have declared the case refunded and therefore closed.
Now I am failing to contact ebay. I go around in circles clicking on all the offered choices but cannot get a direct message to ebay to explain my gripe because it just gets to the bit where it says case closed and no other options.
I've searched and searched but cannot find a way of contacting ebay directly.
Am I missing something?
