Only part of my order arrived but I cannot seem to get in contact with an agent, only the virtual assistant who is not helpful.
I ordered 2 x small containers from a seller on e-bay. One of the items was not in the package when I opened it. I left positive feedback for the item that did arrive but it seems that on checking the order the 2 containers shared the same tracking number so as far as ebay is concerned the items are delivered. I contacted the seller but they have not replied. As I say only 1 container was in the package. How do I ring ebay up to speak to someone please?
