It's most likely your items that are already listed which are currently renewing. As you have a shop, you'll have an allocation of inclusive listings (amount depending on your shop level) but all monthly renewals come off of that number. You don't get any free renewals like you do on a private seller account.
If you currently only have a basic shop then you'd be better off upgrading to featured with your number of listings or it's going to get very expensive. It'll be expensive anyway as you'll now be paying 6p per listing per month for anything over the 1500 a month that you get included with a featured shop. With over 2600 listings you're looking at 6p x 1100+ per month.
