Offering combined postage to override Global Shipping Programme

Hi -

I'm selling 10 comics from UK to a buyer in Germany. Ebay's Global Shipping Programme has calculated postage costs based on 10 separate packages when I can more easily and cheaply send them in 1 package. Ebay has  automatically invoiced the buyer accordingly - as well as added a spurious import tax - charging him a ridiculous sum of money. How can I override this and do this sensibly? The ebay site itself isn't much help.

You will need to cancel the current transactions.   Click on the dropdown menu arrow alongside the item on your sold list and select Cancel order > Buyer asked to cancel.   Then relist (all in one listing) with direct postage to Germany on it for the buyer to buy again.

To add to the above this is one of the disadvantages of gsp, apart from if you send direct it will be a lot cheaper for the buyer postage wise, you cannot combine orders.

My business was a finalist in the ebay business awards 2023.
